Hello. If I understand the proposed electrical diagram correctly, the Peltier cells would be receiving a PWM signal, is that right?
If so, according to what I’ve been researching, this is harmful to the cells and LC low-pass filters should be added. In particular, they are used here:

Would it be possible to add something similar? What filter values would be recommended for the given diagram?
