Find alternative to opencv lib

OpenCV basically works out of the box, but

• Java support is very limited
• the jar is huge, 80 MB
• there is no way for a real camera identification to attach its settings to (switching to other USB ports changes camera indexes)
• changing and reading back camera props works somehow async and not predictable, at least on Windows
• users experienced crashes with virtual capture devices from OBS studio, see Crash on Windows with OBS Studio installed but no USB cam #13
