Step 4 taking too long

My code has been running at step 4: "transform *gz files to relational schema (takes a while)" for 12 consecutive hours. Is this normal and expected? Thank you

It took more than two days on an i5 processor but took only 10 hours on an i7(both 8GB RAM).

It takes me 8 days and it has not finished yet. 😡

EDIT: Restore the pg dump in https://dataverse.harvard.edu/dataset.xhtml?persistentId=doi:10.7910/DVN/2QYZBT only takes <30min. Please do not use the script in this repo.
