Sweep mode currently returns no data on rad1o badge

What issue are you facing?

With current git main, running hackrf_sweep on a rad1o badge produces no output.

A git bisect shows that this was broken in commit b1bfc24 from PR #1648. It was not fixed by #1724.

What are the steps to reproduce this?

$ hackrf_sweep

call hackrf_baseband_filter_bandwidth_set(15.000 MHz)

No, it still happens with the current version of #1689.

I did some testing, and it seems that sweep mode never worked very well on rad1o. The sweep rate is quite low outside of the mixer-bypass band.

It didn't work as well as H1, but it was usable. I even used my rad1o badge that way for EMC precompliance bench work, before I bought a HackRF!
