What issue are you facing?
It is possible, though rare, for a sample rate change during streaming to result in spectrum inversion on HackRF One, presumably due to loss of I/Q synchronization in the CPLD.
This is a very old bug, probably going back to the start of the project. It likely affects all platforms other than Praline, though Praline has had similar bugs fixed recently. There is a chance that it does not affect HackRF One r9.
What are the steps to reproduce this?
Rapidly adjust a sample rate slider in a GNU Radio flowgraph.
Can you provide any logs? (output, errors, etc.)
