Alexa App always shows offline and Time and Alarms

Hi,

Thanks a lot for your code, and explanation, I just wanted to ask few things:

1. Which version of Alexa AVS is being called, as I am not able to set alarm and reminder using the alexa.sh, it says it's not supported, while on AVS forusm they say they are supporting it.
2. On my alexa.amazon, the device is always shown as offline, is it normal or it's becuase I am outside US?
3. Can you guide me how I can keep the interaction going, like after I receive the reply from Alexa, instead of closing down, I can continue with the conversation (Like in Echo, if I say set alarm, reply : what time, and then I reply: 8:00 Am).
