We don't know what the URL is going to be yet so this cannot be set yet.

Also, if you do know what this is going to be for the live site and you set it accordingly you still get the error message.
I don't know how the audit script could possibly know what this setting should be.

This should be set before forklift, to the final *.gov.au URL.

The check's primary goal is to ensure that it doesn't appear in PROD with an acquia-sites or localdev.dd field.

We can work on the help text a bit to straighten this out.
