Windows support?

Does it work on Windows? Installation guide mentions only *nix and OS X...

I'm going to try and use Cygwin to do that.
I found libxml2 and protobuf libs from requirements, but the rest will have to build by myself, I guess.

Building gflags was pretty easy, installed cmake, make, g++, then cmake && make && make install

Building re2 was failing before I applied this workaround, then make && make install

Building glog required to follow this answer, then ./autogen.sh && ./configure && make && make install worked with GLOG_NO_ABBREVIATED_SEVERITIES set.

And I can't get to build v8 because when trying to fetch sources, I'm running into some corporate proxy or cygwin related issues.
