RNA editing sites in MASSEQ model

I am wondering how you deal with the RNA editing sites in MASSEQ model for PacBio long-read RNA-seq model.

@Jiayi-Wang-Joey because we train on labels from DNA data, the model will effectively learn to ignore RNA-seq edit sites. Our paper on an RNA-seq model for Illumina short-read data shows the effect in Figure 4. Although its a different model, we expect a similar effect with MASSEQ.
