Failed test at `t/app/Plack/Test/Suite.t`

Can Compiler::Parser recognize such as codes?

Hmmm... This test code has been passed on my environment. (Compiler::Lexer's version is 0.18.0)
Also, the following tests has been pass too.

Umm, in my environment generates the following result;

Assertion failed: (0 && "syntax error! near by sub declare"), function parseFunction, file src/compiler/parser/Compiler_parser.cpp, line 1554.
t/app/Plack/Test/Suite.t ..................
No subtests run

And I append my environment information
