release: 0.5.0 — readable evidence, one incident concept, report polish

Ten commits of UX work that PyPI never saw: evidence that reads as a story rather
than a sorted dump, a dashboard that leads with the incident instead of collector
plumbing, one severity ladder across app and report, honest distinctions between the
three kinds of unknown, report page breaks and ink, and the incident concept reserved
for groups that actually group something.

Also fixes the mini's boot script, which grepped for a container name pattern with a
generation number hardcoded into it, so it could never match and the daemon stayed
down after every reboot.
