Moodle Exception when creating new Course Section using V405.1.5

Bug
When creating a new section within a course using the V405.1.5 Grid Format an exception is thrown by the system due to an undefined method.

Exception - Call to undefined method format_grid::section_added()

This exception has suddenly appeared since upgrading Moodle to Version 4.5.12+ (Build: 20260624)

'stateactions.php' does not exist in V405.1.5! It was removed in V405.0.2 - please read the 'Upgrade instructions' in Readme.md.
