Moodle 4.5.8 incompatible with Format 405.1.5

Describe the bug
After updating Moodle to version 4.5.8, the plugin displays an "incompatible" error message.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Update Moodle to the latest patch (v4.5.8).
2. Go to the Site Administration -> Plugins overview.
3. Observe the incompatibility warning for this format.

Expected behavior
The plugin should be recognized as compatible with Moodle 4.5.8 and operate without any warnings.

The issue occurred immediately after the minor version update of Moodle.
