• Stabilize JSON result shapes and error contracts where drift exists.

Roadmap update: this goalpost moves from v6.4.0 to v6.5.0 because v6.4.0 is being cut for the emergency scoped-staging-workspace API required to unblock git-warp materialization. The relative roadmap order and implementation scope are unchanged.

Release sequencing changed again because the bounded lazy-reference API in #81 is now the dependency-critical git-warp v19 performance unblocker and is semver-minor. This issue is not complete, cancelled, reduced, or being treated as shipped. It moves intact from v6.5.0 to v6.6.0 alongside the Operator TUI goalpost. Browser/edge work moves to v6.7.0 so the prior relative roadmap order is preserved.
