As part of #99 OpenCV will be deactivated for BGRA captures using Epiphan DVI2PCIe Duo on Windows. If #70 goes ahead, this will be the general case. However this leaves only Epiphan SDK as an option for BGRA captures (which may not be a big deal, after all it's provided with the DVI2PCIe Duo card). This should be documented, and the CMake configuration appropriately amended with the corresponding error / warning messages.
