Generate Centroid Json Annotations

Hello, I do have a question about the data formatting. I downloaded the
data from Kaggle since it was easier accessible. The dataformat was 1500x1500 but thats just a matter of resizing. But still the centroid annotation is missing.

You somehow created from the train_labels *.tiff's the *.json center annotation.
I havent found this script in the provided code.
