Notifications when wiki is updated?

I only realized recently how much this mod grows and new features and great settings options are added.
While I check for available updates in Fluidd every time before starting a print, I apply the updates without noticing what improvement they might implement.
Is there a way to receive notifications (by email) when the wiki is updated, or when an update is available, including a description of what was changed, in lame language for those like me who don't really grasp what a change in code really means?

In order to post to a Telegram channel, you need to create a separate bot and add it to the new channel as an administrator with the ability to post messages. For test's I'll use my bot and channel, and after PR you could setup all needed tokens and channel ids using GitHub workflow secrets.

I would also suggest the community translate the documentation into all available languages ​​in the mod via Deepl. Fortunately, the language divisions are now clearly structured, which is really cool.
