Waver on Android does not work for Android 13 and beyond.

I request all of the following:

• Provide the source code for the Waver application on Android
• Push the app to F-Droid
• Provide the raw APK in GitHub
• Patch Waver on Google Play Store

Or, one of the requests being completed is good enough.

Yeah... unfortunately, Waver could not be installed on new devices running Android >= 13 🥹
