I excuted the shell following README but could not get results.
I am not sure whether I place the dataset correctly. It seems there is no guidance to claim how to place the data. How to organized the DUD dataset?
Or is it possible to get the source data of DUD in article "An artificial intelligence accelerated virtual screening platform for drug discovery"? I could not find it in "Supplementary Information" although "The source data for figures and tables in the main text and supplementary information are provided in the Supplementary Information/Source Data file" was stated.
