Subject: [PATCH] docs(cli): Point the v3 migration guide at the published
 codemod

`@getsentry/cli3to4` is now on the Codemod registry, so lead with
`npx codemod@latest @getsentry/cli3to4` and drop the clone-and-run-from-source
workaround.
