Subject: [PATCH] feat(runtime): add addTitle, nestClips, syncAngles,
 normalizeAudio and transcribeSequence

Plugins can add titles, nest clips (multicam too), sync angles by sound,
normalize audio and caption a sequence from its speech, as Edit mode does.
