Installed eap-config profile not listed as installed and Renew option not offered

On all other platforms the geteduroam App offers to renew an installed profile (when using the letswifi.app API mode) - just the Linux App perfectly ignores the installed profile and doesn't even show that there's a config already installed.

Tested on Debian 13 using the deb via manual install

This is just not implemented, currently I have no time for this, but this will be implemented this year
