ECR registries via IAM instance profile (no static keys)

Feature Description

ECR (AWS docker registry product name) should work without an AWS access key and secret, using the AWS default credential chain.

Problem It Solves

Using the native IAM profile avoid long-lived AWS keys for security reasons and authorize ECR and other AWS services through the EC2 instance profile.

Proposed Solution

Keep key fields optional. With both blank, use the default credential chain. Region stays required.

Alternatives Considered

Creating an IAM user with static keys, which is what I'm avoiding.
