⚡️ Feature Request: Link to Release Notes of a Container/Image Update

Feature Description

Currently, I receive notifications about container/image updates via NTFY and email. Would it be possible to include a link to the relevant release notes in the notification when an update of a image is available? NTFY offers, among other features, the Click Action. It would be great if this could be used for that purpose. Otherwise, a regular URL in the message itself would certainly suffice. The same applies to the email.

It helps to check whether any other or additional configurations need to be adjusted or whether certain prerequisites and dependencies have changed.

Proposed Solution

A URL to a webpage like https://github.com/immich-app/immich/releases/latest as an example for Immich Updates. Maybe the link should be defined as a label or environment variable.
