Arcane 1.0 Public Preview!

Hello everyone!

I'm happy to announce that I think Arcane 1.0 is in a spot and ready for public preview.

The 1.0.0 branch will still be used till I feel it's stable enough for release though.

This release has a decent amount of breaking changes, so the easiest way it to remove the old database.

Check out the new website and documentation as well here: Arcane, this will be moved to the primary domain once 1.0 is released.

I encourage everyone to report their feedback using the 1.0 feedback issue, and contribute to the 1.0 branch if you feel you have ideas for improvement.

Again thank you everyone for the patience and support!

Finally, The Pre release on GitHub is updated with the static binaries and docker images, and a new release is published every time a commit is pushed to the 1.0 branch.
