Jupyter Book website design with ICESat-2 data access tutorials

Linking the DeepIceDrain JupyterBook with the wider cryo data science ecosystem (e.g. GeoSMART, icepyx, CryoCloud, etc)!

Idea is to avoid duplication of content if it's already written by somebody else on another website. Here's a bunch of random action items that could be worked on. Feel free to put your GitHub handle next to each task, and add/remove bullet points from this list:

Short term (Q4 2022)

Tutorials to familiarize users with basic Python tools such as xarray, icepyx, etc

• Link to Project Phytia @JessicaS11
• Link to icepyx data access tutorials
  • May require some updates on icepyx's side, xref updates now that cloud data access is public icesat2py/icepyx#379, and possibly more

Medium term (Q1 2023)

Once there's more content on DeepIceDrain JupyterBook, we can link external sites to the DeepIceDrain book!
