Workbench should delete old ".log.lck" files

The workbench clears out old log files (using time limits). But in some cases, the workbench also creates back up files, with a name is ".log.lck". They should also be deleted if they meet the criteria.

Let me give you a bit more direction.

the "if (file.getName().matches("^WE.*log$")) {" needs to be modified to also delete any of the .ick files as well.
