Granite 4.2 language models are now publicly available in 3B, 8B, and 30B sizes.
Mellea should add the public Granite 4.2 identifiers and use them in the supported Hugging Face and Ollama test paths. The test configuration should explicitly disable thinking where deterministic, concise responses are required.

- Public Hugging Face and Ollama identifiers exist for Granite 4.2 3B, 8B, and 30B.
- Supported local Ollama tests use Granite 4.2.
- Hugging Face tests use Granite 4.2 where the test and adapter compatibility allow it.
- Tests that need normal answer text can disable thinking explicitly.
- Local and GPU-backed test coverage confirms the updated paths.
