How to set models path in Windows 10?

I installed wscribe via pip install wscribe and downloaded models into some directory in "D" drive. I also git clone the repository again in a folder inside "D" drive. But I do not know how to set models directory to show models directory for script to find them. Is there any way other than modifying cloned repository's env file? Coz I can't make it work via just modifying env file of downloaded github repo of wscribe. How can I do this?
