`fp-ts-routing` is not working with vitest due to `.then`

Seems like .then doesn't work with vitest.

I'm not sure if this is fp-ts-routing issue or vitest issue.

I used my patch rinn7e@cb33acf, with vitest it's working fine now.

So if a name is suggested, I can create an MR (I used .and in my patch, not sure if it's the most fit)

I'm facing the same issue and would very much endorse an MR.

For the record, MDN advises against exporting then functions from modules:

we already had this discussion some years ago -> #69

the main issue remains the same: it would be a breaking change and this should be absolutely clear to final user.

anyway, the owner of the package is @gcanti so it would be his decision

I think it's a very reasonable breaking changes. Also very easy to update as well, so I hope @gcanti could take a look.
