Hello @sea-bass, I have been following https://docs.ros.org/en/lyrical/How-To-Guides/Releasing/Releasing-a-Package.html, and it seems that the procedure got stuck at #232 . Do you have any advice on how to unblock this? Is there someone to ping, or perhaps directly open a PR even if it is not documented in https://docs.ros.org/en/lyrical/How-To-Guides/Releasing/Releasing-a-Package.html, perhaps that is easier to review?

But seems the issues in thia repo generally haven't been looked at in just about a month, so it's not unique to you.
