Tried to list artifacts in repository pointed to by https://github.com/gardener/component-spec/blob/master/language-independent/test-resources/component_descriptor_v2.yaml#L10, no items found

What you expected to happen:
List of items referenced by example yaml

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
use oci client list artifacts using oci://eu.gcr.io/gardener-project/components/dev
i.e.
using https://kustomizer.dev/
kustomizer list artifact oci://eu.gcr.io/gardener-project/components/dev
