TACC ALPT runs

We can already get started on running ALPT using Quijote initial conditions for the Latin Hyper Cube

• transfer over Quijote 1024^3 LHC ICs and Rockstar halo catalogs to TACC storage
• test run latest ALPT pipeline on 1 LHC
• deploy ALPT pipeline on all 1000 LHC ICs

implemented the ALPT pipeline on lonestar in 2baaede . Commit includes scripts to run ALPT on ICs saved in /corral/utexas/AST25023/simbig/quijote/latinhypercube_hr/

only 500 LHC realizations transferred over to corral due to 5TB corral storage limit.
