eco pack is too limited, and allows only to copy from a few formats (namely pdf/mobi/azw3) to cbz. We should allow for more conversion types. Also, the output should be more explicit when a format doesn't contain images or invalid images as currently we generate "empty", invalid, cbz when the input doesn't contain (valid) images.
