Fletch is a native macOS app for running AI coding agents on real work. It runs Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and others in parallel, each in its own clone of your repo inside an OS-level sandbox, then chains them into workflows that plan, build, review and test. You review every diff and approve every merge.
It is in public beta. I use it daily on this repo, which is how most of the rough edges get found.
Where to put things
Before you ask, the docs cover concepts and guides, and the FAQ covers what the isolation actually guarantees, what an agent can and cannot do, and what is missing today.
I read everything here. If a thread goes quiet it means I am thinking, not that I missed it.
