US 1.24.3 Version Validation

Continuing the discussion from #667, I'd like to present what I believe is the complete 1.24.3 version of PSOBB. If you have any way to validate this, I'd appreciate it. From what I can tell, this may be legitimately the latest version of the files from the server, though I can't be entirely sure they're free from tampering.

This comes from a file I obtained long, long ago from a website that was called 'PSOBB on Wine', or named very similar. It claimed to use the native 1.24.3 files via a few step process:

• Install the game
• Replace game's executable
• Replace other game files with 1.24.3 versions
• Run Khyller as the server (v.2.9d)
• Start the game using Fuzziqer's GameGuard Launcher (20110920)

(aside: this is a really neat time capsule and pretty amazing how much Fuzziqer has contributed over the years, even to this day.)

Anyway, my baseline was comparing against the discussion from @anzz1 in #667 - specifically this post.

The patch-bb is the folder I've been using for a while now, the USVer1243-zip and USVer1243-7z are the two different versions downloaded in the thread. (It looks like one of them has a modified psobb.exe pointed at 127.0.0.1)

I'll provide the complete file set and the custom psobb.exe/psobb.pat that I've been using in a separate folder to be safe. The psobb.exe that I'll provide is actually a modified 1.24.3 executable that was modified to remove GameGuard. As far as I'm aware, that is the only change, though it seems to not respect the options set in option.exe unless you're running in legit Windows XP. (This also means that you'll need to edit your HOSTS if you don't want to edit the executable.)

The only thing that made me second guess this is actually the added/specific Blue Burst text in map_labo_on_e and map_labo_on_e_u, but even then, this error exists in all three versions of the files.

Anyway, long story short - I'd love if there was someone who felt they were able to say that this was, for sure, the definitive 1.24.3 US version. It's unlikely, but at the end of the day, this seems to be the closest we'll get otherwise.

I wanted to add some more findings. The 'base' install is version 1.20.4. The 'update' folder is version 1.24.3.

@Repflez - if you want to add support for (at least) these two US versions:
