Middle click to activate a scroll conflicts with opening a link in browsers

Expected Behavior
Scrolling should only activate if a link is not clicked.
Though I do not know if such detection is possible.

Alternative Solution
Scrolling could be triggered after holding the middle mouse button for some time.

added different auto-click activation presets for now, couldn't get the link detection to work sadly

will come back to this at some point to tackle it

I think you can solve by making the auto scroll thing activate only if the cursor is on top of a place that is scrollable- can that work?

Double Clicking the Middle Mouse button works pretty well as an alternate.
