Freifunk API Generator in a separate repo

freifunk/api.freifunk.net is used by many tools. To separate work on specs and tools, i would like to move Freifunk API Generator (/generator) to freifunk/generator.api.freifunk.net. Then we can move all issues that are not directly related to modification of Freifunk API specs to the new repo.

@andibraeu please create freifunk/generator.api.freifunk.net git repo.

But I think a link to the new repo is missing in this README, and this README should be updated, so that it does not assume that the generator source is included here
