Succeeded but showed failure

As can be seen in the image, all files show up as failed, however when checking logs and folder, we can see it was successful. For reference, I am in fedora kde and I used the appimage version.

This project needs a pretty big overhaul tbh. I used this project as a re-introduction to coding, so I've learned a lot in the meantime
