On every forum, add a search button. Search should only be available for logged in users. When clicked, open the search modal with the following options:
- Author
- Created after
- Created before
- Includes text
When clicking search, show a list of comments that match, limited to 20 that includes author, created, and matching text, and highlight which matches the filter?
