Add a News/Announcements Page for Featured and Time-Sensitive Content

It would be useful to have a dedicated section or page for news, announcements, featured initiatives, and other time-sensitive content.

This would allow FORRT to highlight ongoing projects, events, calls for participation, publications, and collaborations without requiring visitors to use direct links that are not in navbar or linked anywhere in the website. like

The only suggestion would be to call it "news" and in it we can have several categories? Like announcement, events, opportunities, etc.?
