You can. BUT with the cam board, you get the poor quality you are paying for. I threw mine out. You also get a reduced number of ports, hard to program, requires super stable voltage

I was not looking for camera quality, just a cheaper version than QuinLed ESP32-AE+. Hardware-wise, it seems like ESPixelStick should work just the same. There is an SD card reader and I only need 2 or 3 pins. Firmware has 3000 pixel limit, I remeber.
