The main overview page for settling orders is the easiest way to retroactively adjust quantities of articles, as it allows you to add new households as well (in contrast to the overview of articles view).
Workflow: we print the article PDF file, making any changes by pen in this document and process these before settling the order. The names on the article PDF are listed alphabetically. Therefore we have to go to the article view to make changes for products that almost always have a different weight per piece (e.g. broccoli, eggplant, zucchini).
It would be easier to do this directly in the overview of settling the order, but the names in this overview are not ordered alphabetically, making this very cumbersome. Now we switch between both views for adding households who were not on the list of articles, or for changing the weights of the members who purchased the articles, but received a different amount.
If there is a good reason to sort the household names differently on the main accounting overview, I'd also like to hear it of course!
