Something went wrong while saving this configuration: Eparcel import file is not readable

I am trying to save the WebShopApps Matrix Rate CSV file in the website scope but it gives me an error for eparcel method error. I don't know why this happens. And also I tried to save the configuration in the website scope without saving the CSV file of WebShopApps Matrix Rate but still got this error. I am using Magento version 2.3.6
