no doubt someone has already mentioned this but on the main page where the log book is where it says all countries not all are there Alaska is missing Zimbabwe too

That is a filter so it is based on countries you have worked. Have you worked Alaska and Zimbabwe?

The Alaska station uses the call sign KL7YK but lives in Texas , Just looked at QRZ so QRZ must go by ip

Yeah looks like QRZ has some incorrect data in your log.

And at one point i always used to use QRZ , Now i can understand why people dont use it but you live & learn .

when Exporting a log is it best to select generic all , so that would be their name , their Country . LOTW s LOTW r , eQSLs eQSLr .... & more

By choosing Generic and Column Set All it should export all the columns in the logbook.
