where to write yes (qsl) for Lotw?

I finally fixed the log in Qlog in the DXCC area of ​​some QSOs that it wasn't recognizing. The paper section is OK. 349/349
Now I have to fix the Lotw section, which I still haven't connected to the ARRL server. There are only two countries identified that I should tell the log that I received confirmation via Lotw, but I can't figure out where to manually change this option. For the paper version, there's a "yes" or "no" question. For the Lotw version, there's only the "QSL sent" field, but I don't see a QSL received.
At the moment in CW I have 317/230 confirmed Lotw. The program reads in CW 317/228. I have identified the 2 counts but I have to force it by saying that I have confirmation via Lotw.

You can always add that column to the log table and just right click and edit the value.

Or you can have it download all your confirmations from LoTW and it will update them.

Dont have this option. We can only change YES or NO on send lotw. On receive lotw dont have option.

And, I have some confirmations o lotw site, and qlog dont update status from received, and I cant change it.
I have a lot of confirmations on lotw, but not updated in qlog.

Does it not update if you download them under the service menu option?

In my case, I had to export to LOG4OM, then download from LOTW... then I had the received confirmation from LOTW...after, I deleted the QSOs from Qlog, and import the ADIF with LOTW confirmation.

A lot of QSOs, the Qlog doesnt download the status from LOTW.
