I want to reload the Adif but wich folter i need to remove. Delete my log

There are two ways. The easiest one will probably be:

based on your platform, remove the DB file - https://github.com/foldynl/QLog/wiki/Autobackup

from v0.50 there is a special Danger Zone tab in Settings.
