We need examples in this repo

I volunteer to bring this stuff inside of this repo:

I'd make sure it works for me, and we could get something that is easier to start from. We could stick it in examples directory, and maybe have credentials be read from the separate file, so that you can write them once and run all the examples together.

Hey @wkoszek. Since we migrated the original code from the main gem fog, i've decided to use github's wiki for such thing. I think it is more collaborative and the effort is almost none.

If you want go ahead and push them. =)

@plribeiro3000 I didn't know about the wiki. We don't have it linked from the README.

I like fog-xenserver-examples better because I can change couple of lines and see stuff working. With Wiki I need to go, do the re-pasting etc..

Actually you can git clone the github wiki and work in the same way. =)

The only actual difference is that you don't need reviews to get your changes accepted. =)
