Disabandon this repo as unsupported or obsolete

Any chance to mark this repo as unsupported or obsolete to avoid confusion between this one and fog-azure-arm ?

Sure, please send a PR. Do the old pre-ARM APIs work any more? Is this deprecated/obsolete, or simply broken?

Azure Service Management support will be retired on June 30, 2018. After that, Azure App Service resource management will be supported only through Azure Resource Manager.

So it makes sense to disabbandon this as deprecated/obsolete.

No problem! Thank you for tying up loose ends. I do not work on fog-azure-rm. I worked on this repo initially, but have only been trying to merge PRs since development ended.
