Endpoint management API is missing

I am unable to instantiate virutal machines and add endpoints to them. Perhaps I am missing something but how can I start a vm with http service using Fog only? Keep I mind that I cannot add endpoint for a running vm.

I've found that one can add tcp and udp endpoint to a vm while instantiating them by adding tcp_endpoint or udp_endpoints parameters. In azure-sdk-for-ruby in documentation for VirtualMachineManagementService create_virtual_machine method there is an optional parameter:
:tcp_endpoints - String. Specifies the internal port and external/public port separated by a colon.
You can map multiple internal and external ports by separating them with a comma.
This also works in Fog servers.create method.
Although I'm one step further I am still missing an endpoint management API support in Fog.
